Quick and Easy Cheesecake 1 8oz cream cheese or low-fat cream cheese 1 small tub of Cool Whip (use regular for best texture...there really isn't a big difference in numbers) 1/3 cup Splenda Mix above in bowl then spoon into graham cracker crust (ready made or make one using crumbs and splenda (I don't have a recipe for that)) Chill for at least 3 hours. Top with berries or low sugar pie filling. Peanut Butter variation... Add a cup of Peanut Butter to the cool/whip cream cheese mixture...blend well. Spoon into a baked regular crust and chill. YUMMY I'm not the best at recipes, a lot of it is just in my head...so I hope this made since.
