hi everyone. guess what??? i welcomed cold and flu season in at just the right time by me getting sick!!!!!! 
i have a respiratory infection which is making the asthma worse. my doctor had to put me on steriods and antibotics to get me over it. 
if she didn't i would be sick longer. thats just how my body is. i thought it would improve with losing 158#'s now but i guess i'm wrong. hope no one else out there is

Well Jennifer, I too, have not been feeling so great. But I just have a small cold. I hope you get to feeling better soon! Take care.
