Tuesday nervous - today ecstatic!

Eleven days and counting... Cathy Donaldson told me I'd have about 900 emotions floating around in my head - and she was RIGHT! I had my surgery consult today and really like Dr. Martin and his entire staff. Couldn't hold a thought in my head all day at work, though. Maybe it was good that my boss was out today - I was pretty worthless. Will try to make up for it tomorrow! Gotta stop thinking about this so much! (is that even possible???) Wow it's coming up fast. Kitty, I know what you mean. I am almost 1 year post op on 12/12 and I can remember back to last year. I was so excited but the day before I was nervous and could not eat a thing....so much for a last meal! Keep up the good spirits....your day will be here soon! Karie -119

Karie, Thanks for writing! I was reading your profile - your weight loss is awesome! No doubt you'll eventually get that plastic surgery you've been wanting. I'd love to hear about how you ate, how you exercised, etc., over the past year. Thanks again Kitty B.
