I have a question for all you post-ops/ I cant seem to eat slow enough. I feel sick after every meal. So full and uncomfortable. Last night I went out to dinner with my family and my oldest daughter was watching me and said I eat at the same pace as everyone else. My surgery was July 9,I have lost 75lbs but never feel great after I eat. If I wait 2 minutes between every bite it gets so cold. I hate cold food lol.Any advice besides a timer? Than you,Cindy

I have had, and still have (to a lesser degree) this same problem. OH! THE PAIN! One thing that helped me was actually reducing the size of the piece I put in my mouth. My dietician and surgeon said to not put anything in bigger than a dime. When I started doing this, I found that I'm not having as much trouble chewing it or digesting it. Good luck!
