Can ANYONE help with this logjam?

I am on county sponsored, state backed Medicaid for the diabled. My BMI and health problems MORE than make me a candidate. My previous insurer had pre-approved me, and then I lost their insurance. I desperately need this surgery, yet Barix Clinics is getting the run-around in trying to get me approved. Can ANYONE help me with what I might be able to do to get this moving. Mentally this is taking a major toll on me, and I need to get some movement, or I'm gonna give up hope! Thanks to all *****ad, and specially those with help! Happy Holidays!
