Work Out Clothes? (A Little OCD Here!)

I finally joined the local rec center today so that I can begin incorporating weights (and continue walking) into my life. So ...... I want to look "normal" when I work out (well, as normal as possible when I'm still overweight!) and I went shopping tonight for some sweats. What a trip - an hour later and I still couldn't decide on what kind of pants to get! Do I get the light weight, silky material (seems like it would make "swooshes" when I am walking?). Or the light weight knit (seems like it would cling too much?) Or the heavier weight sweatshirt material (seems like it would get too hot?). Anyone want to suggest what works best for them? Thanks! Hey Diana, I seem to do better with those "t-shirt" material pants. They are lightweight and very comfie, esp when working out. Not as hot and confining it seems!!! Hugs, Tonya

I wear thin knit pants...not leggings so they don't cling. Sweat pants for me would be waaaaayyy too hot!
