i cried....

hey everyone, i just wanted to share my news. i have lost 29 lbs in 3 weeks. i've gone from a size 22 jeans to a size 16. when i tried them on and showed my step-daughter i had to sit down and cry..i know the other people at the store thought i was crazy, but if thats crazy sign me up..

Congrats Cheryl, That is fantastic news. I know I have just lost 16lbs on my own, and it makes the biggest difference. I am still under my pcp care until I complete my 6 months of supervised dieting(insurance requires it). Just 3 months left.
