we made it
Well did we all do ok for thanksgiving?I had a bite of everything. Even the pumpkin pie. That was the first sugar I had in 4 months. It didnt even taste that good to me. The dressing and rolls were the best, the sweet potatoes were to die for but I stuck to one bite and guess what? 2lbs this morning under the 200 mark for the first time in years. I am so thankful for Dr.Curry and this surgery. Ifelt full and very satisfied last night. How about you all.Love CIndy
Good morning Cindy,
How great that you had a satisfying but "losing" Thanksgiving. I'm glad you didn't dump on anything either. How exciting that the pie didn't even taste that good. I'm still pre-op but I'm hoping to have the surgery early in 2005. This gives me hope that I'll be able to survive the holidays next year. Congratulations on sticking with it yesterday! Denise
I have to admit I was NOT a good girl this year. We went to the movies and I had popcorn and then we went out to GRaeters today and I said farewell to my beloved Mocha Chip. However, I think because of a combination of anxiety and me running around here like a beheaded chicken, I actually dropped 5 pounds this week!
