PJ UPDATE

VICKI WOLFE AND I WENT AND SAW PJ TODAY. SHE WAS DOING PRETTY GOOD SHE'S TRYING TO KEEP HER SPIRITS UP. SHE WANTED ME TO POST FOR HER SHE WANTS TO THANK EVERYBODY FOR THERE EXTENDED KINDNESS AND SUPPORT DURING THIS DIFFICULT PERIOD.SHE MISSES EVERYBODY. SHE'S BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL SINCE SEPT 2ND AND SHE STILL HAS 6 MORE WEEKS IN THE REHABILTATION CENTER SHE HAS DEVELOPED A BLOOD AND BONE INFECTION SHE'S BEING TREATED WITH IV ANTIBOTICS. SHE ALSO HAS 2 SLIPPED DISC IN HER NECK WHICH THEY ARE TRYING TO TREAT WITH THERAPY . AND THE GOODS NEWS SHE DUMPED FOR THE FIRST TIME TODAY SO NOW SHE SAID HER PLUMBING IS FINALLY WORKING. YOUR SUPPORT IS VERY VITAL FOR PJ'S RECOVERY SO KEEP THE CARDS COMING. SHE IS PRETTY UPSET THAT SHE WILL SPEND THE HOLIDAYS IN THE HOSPITAL.SHE HASN'T TOLD HER FAMILY YET. Thanks for the update Jimmie, if I am feeling up to it, I might just show up at her hospital on Turkey day. (drain and all, that comes out Friday) I already printed out the map from Deaconess to St. Lukes. prayers and hugs, Vickie
