Don't give up. You lost alot of weight in 4 months so now you body is just catching up in inches which is a good thing no saggy skin. If you haven't measured yourself, do it now so the next time you have a plateau you won't get discouraged. You'll have something to cheer about because most likely you will have lost inches.
Up your protein and water and maybe increase you walking.

YES, VICKI (OTHER POSTER) IS RIGHT, OUR BODIES ARE LIKE HOLD ON A SEC HERE, WHATS GOING ON!!! SOME SUGGESTIONS MIGHT BE, ADD MORE WATER, AND PROTEIN, AND WALK WALK WALK!!!!!! YOU WILL BE FINE, YOU WILL MOVE SOON, I HATE WHEN THAT HAPPENS TO, BUT I DON'T WEIGH MYSELF SO IF I STOP MOVING FOR A WEEK OR TWO, I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!
