Appreciating the docs

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate Dr Selwyn and Dr Curry for taking time to answer posts. I recently heard Dr Selwyn speak at our meeting and he is fantastic. When Dr Curry spoke to our group awhile back he was very good also. Thanks to these two fine surgeons for caring.

I have to agree - I know they are really busy, and to take the time to check the boards and answer questions is really great. Sue

All I have to say is that its about all of you. I have read through many postings and felt the urge to respond for several months. Until I saw I wasn't alone (Dr. Curry). Actually I am looking forward to a meeting with Dr. Curry next week for the first time, just to talk shop. Before my fellowship at the University I used to call myself a simple country surgeon. After I joined the Faculty, I heard Gersin (my partner) saying the same thing, so now I'm a "simple bariatric country surgeon". I would like everyone to know that I am always available for questions. I will always try to answer as promptly as possible and with the latest research that I can find. If I don't know the answer I will tell you, but I will also try to find out for you.
