APPROVED

I received a call from CORI Bariatrics in Detroit Michigan, I have been approved. The decision by Medical Mutual was overturned by the State Department of Insurance. My consultation with is December 1, they could have done it this Weds but I was too busy, besides I needed more time to digest all of this

Martha, You are really wonderful and giving me such hope!! I am so happy for you! I am working on my appeal at this time and am hopeful that Med. Mutual is getting the message that by failing to follow their own policies and denying this life saving procedure they will eventually lose through the Ohio Dept. of Insurance. Way to go!! Steph
