???Question of the Day???

When was the last time you took a road trip? Where did you go? Was it fun? I am heading out for the Nashville event today. It will take around 7 hours to get there. I know the event will be fun and I will meet lots of people. Plus I will fly from there to dallas for work all next week, so I dont have to make the road trip back, so it is only a one way trip. hey cheryl nice name..lol we went to marble head to see the leaves change color. it was awsome. we went in oct. for my b-day it's about a 3-4 hour drive taking the long way..lol have fun on your trip(s) cheryl open rny 11-05-04

We went up to Sandusky in September. Does that count??? It was really a nice trip for us. Our last trip before that was to Mammoth Cave in Kentucky. We stayed at Jellystone park. It was a blast. Their little cabins are very cozy. Next summer we are planning a trip up to the Michigan Dunes with our friends.

My friend visiting from Ohio and I drove to Key West...it was beautiful! I had never been down in the keys. Have to be very careful, one wrong turn and you're in the ocean.

My nephew, his wife and I drove to Cape COD 10/18 for a week. It was my first time there. We took a boat to Martha's Vineyard one day and then Nantucket the following day. It was awsome. We also took a bus trip to Boston and went to see the Cheers Bar. We got to see the Kennedy Compound, it was not to far from the hotel we stayed at (Hyannis Harbor hotel). You can get REAL clam chowder. It was priceless. They wanted to do something nice for me before my surgery. They succeeded.

In June, My daughter and I rode with my sister to Dayton,TN.(one hour north of Georgia.) We went to spend a week with my father and step-mother. It was a VERY LONG (12 hours) trip but it was worth it. I hadn't seen my dad or step-mother for three years before we went. We had a nice week. Have a great trip. Becky D.
