I miss OSU!

Today I am remined how much I miss the care I received from OSU, Dr. Cook and his staff Lisa and Tori. It has taken me since August to get a response from Dr. down here...now I had stopped trying for awhile then just tried again last week, but my calls were never returned. After I finally got a hold of a live person and made an appointment I was told I HAD to have all my records from Ohio or they would not see me. I called and then faxed a request to OSU Thursday at 4:30...and today I got the records in the mail. Now that's good patient service!!! I wish I could go back to Ohio for my hernia repair!!!

Oh Sarah.....We miss you too!! OSU is so awesome. That's why I left my little hometown hospital to go work there, then ultimately having my surgery there! Then my hubby had his there too! You know I am going to email your post to Shannon, I know it would make her day. Good luck with your hernia repair. hey sarah i just left osu tuesday..oh boy do i know what you mean. i felt so very taken care of there. the only person i didn't get to see was valerie. i met dr. cook on thursday and had my surgery 7:30am friday.. i couldn't have asked for a better experance..good luck to you. p.s. i do miss the florida weather it's getting chilly here..

Hi Cheryl! I am so sorry I missed seeing you too! I am really glad things went good for you! Welcome to the other side of life! So, now you need to come to the support group meetings so I can officially meet you! Did they give you the information in your packet? If you need it I can send you a copy of it. But, no rushing, get in when you are feeling well enough to do it! I miss any kind of warm weather at this point!!! brrrrrrrr I am not a winter wonderland cold weather person!
