St.V's in Cleveland

Hi All!!! Anyone there having surgery with Dr. Schreiber at St. Vincents? I was denied a few months back and went ahead and did what I needed to do and it will be resubmitted to Aetna soon. My problem is with his staff. I know I am anxious but , today after I called to see if she had gotten a fax that was sent to her, her voice got really testy and she hung up on me!!! I thought it was a mistake so I called back, and She said " I will review this Mrs. H and I will call you!! GOODBYE!!! and hung up again......I think the Dr. is wonderful and is A-1...... ANY IDEAS???

Im hoping to have it at st. v's with dr. sonpal. email with any questions. sometimes the staff is a little slow, but dr. sonpal's secretary seems to be helpful enough. good luck

I had trouble with one girl there in the insurance department too! She said she didn't receive faxes and I did most of my own insurance work. I'd still be waiting if I'd left it up to her. I am scheduled for surgery on Monday (Nov. 15th.)!
