At my consultation with you, you mentioned that RNY was a known cure for diabetes, is it true for Lap Band as well? Also are they, one or both, a prevention of diabetes?

Yes the lap band has a very high cure rate for diabetes as well. Neither are 100% though. From my recollection of the data the rates are nearly the same.
