Anyone know Michelle Williams?

I am trying to find out what happened to Michelle Williams, she had surgery at Bartix on Oct. 7th. I was in contact with her a few times in the month before that and called to check the day after surgery at the clinic to see how surgery went. They said fine. I have not been able to get through to her on email, all are returned. Anyone know anything? I doubt that the clinic would give me her home addy or phone #. I am really wanting to see how she is doing.
