4 months out doing great

Hi all 4 months out and lost 70lbs already am in a size 10-12 pants and med shirts now. I am so happy.

GOOD FOR YOU PATTIE I SEE YOU AND ME BOTH ARE IN THE SAME BARIATRIC PROGRAM,I AM ALMOST 2 MONTHS OUT AND HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 50LBS,AND I FELL GREAT ALSO. TAKE CARE EBONY

Hi Patti...Thats wonderful!!!! I wish I could say I was doing as well...I'm 5 months post op and have lost 55 lbs...Its coming off so slow for me..Haven't had a good weight loss in weeks..Getting kinda discouraged. Keep up the good work!!! I'm proud of you!! God Bless Bonnie (Mich)
