Can Ya Hear Me Shoutin?????!!!!!!

Hello Everyone!!! Well, after 8 VERY LONG months battling with Med Mutual, the executive board (of my hubby's union) overturned Med Mutual's denial & I am officially approved for surgery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I too, tried to get a date but couldn't get scheduled until I receive my letter which I will go in person to pick up on Monday!!! The woman who handles this stuff (Valerie) at Dr. Maguire's office said that it should be around the first of January!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you to everyone who has been so patient & supportive over these long months!!! Jen

Well congrats to you too!!!!! I would not have been approved if it wasn't for the board overturning Med Mutual's decision......if we weren't self-funded, I think that I would have had a real discrimination & fraudulent claim against this insurance company...oh well, at least I was finally approved I wish too that more people would be approved....actually, I wish that laws would be passed that would eliminate the ability to deny this procedure!!!!!!!!! I have heard that you can get into see Dr. Hadley earlier but that may have changed now since that was about 8 months ago!!! What have your experiences been with her? I heard that she is wonderful! I just love Dr.Hadley. She is SOOOOOOO different from what my first thoughts were. Like everyone in the office she really cares about her patients.
