3 mos out today!!!!

saw my pcp today and i am 3 mos as of today and i have lost -47 lbs woo hoo i am just so happy surgeon wants me to lose another 86 and i will be at he`s goal of 143 i want to be 130-135 me i i say i have 96 more to go. every thing else is ok my blood pressure and all . i don`t have to see him again for 2 mos . in less i get sick or just to walk in and get weighted hope all is good with everyone else and it is true it gets better every day
