Principal Financial group

My husband is being promoted (yipee) and is changing insurance to Principal financial group. Has anyone had any type of luck with them or have any information on them. We had Summit which didn't cover anyway so if Principal is the same I'll still have to go self pay. I just wondered if there was a chance....that maybe....principal financial would cover it. Thanks!!
