OT-today is

today is our second wedding anniversary -wow--i reflect and my blessings are many--my three kids/my granddaughters/my husband michael and this tool from wls! and all of you great folks!!!!!! take some time to think of how blessed we really are to have this board and the friends made thru it; to have each other to cry with, laugh with, vent with and whine with! a wonderful auther, sarah ban breathnach, writes of simple abundance- she keeps a nightly journal of 5 blessings--she jots down 5 things each nite that she is thankful for...i challenge you to do this....i have listed my 5 for today up above! have a great day

Hey Margo!!! GUESS WHAT???? Today is mine and Earl's third anniversary! What a great idea. I try to do that too everyday. I think sometimes we get so wrapped up in "stuff" that we forget how truly blessed we are! So, here goes...My husband Earl. He is truly my soulmate and best friend, my three kids Michael, Katie and Meagan, even through all the trials and tribluations they are the light of my life, my job, and the fact that I am doing what I LOVE to do, my friends and family, this board, without my support here too I would be having a really hard time. And I will go one further, the fact that I wake up each day. I am thankful for having one more day on this earth, everyday, no matter what it brings be it hard or easy. I wake up. How awesome is that? Just one more day to love the people in my life, to face challenges and just "be". Thank you Margo for reminding us how awesome life truly is. And btw...HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Val

congratulations are due you and earl as well!!!! i think we are taking it easy over a big bowl of chili tonite--nothing special planned- just being together at nite is enough right now .... we all are truly blessed with this-- hey--did i ever explain that i am a valerie also??? at birth, my mother named me valerie joyce before she gave me up for adoption...i have found her and we have a wonderful relationship! another true blessing! happy anniversary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

See, I knew there was just something special about you!!! I just find things like that amazing. It truly is a small world!! I am glad you have a good relationship with your birth mother, that is a blessing too! Keep the OT questions rolling, I think that is the one of the best ways to learn little bits and pieces about each other and helps to connect us all a little more! Val

Congragulations Margo I guess my top 5 blessings would be my dear husband; my Mother, who I am lucky enough to have with me; my son; and my darling grandson, Ryan. They are all my pride and joy. On this particular day, my next best blessing would probably be the raise I got today at work. woohoo! Hey, look out, dumb question coming up - what does "OT" mean?
