Arggggghhhhh!!!!!!
This is making me crazy. I called my insurance the other day to find out why I was denied. They finally called me back (they haven't called Barix back and they called them before I did.) 
So I talked to the lady and she said that I had to file an appeal in writing to find out why I was denied. So I called Barix to let Rena know what the insurance said. Rena says that they can't file an appeal until they have the reason for the denial. 
So I called the insurance back and told them what I had been told by Rena, the insurance lady said that I would have to be the one to appeal, not Barix, because I am the one being covered. 
Like I said, I don't know why they haven't called Barix back, they called at least a day before I did. There has to be an easier way.
