Update on my 2nd surgery.

First I want to thank all of you *****sponded to my post about my post tummy tuck picture. It was overwhelming the response of so many nice people. As you all know having been over 600lbs my "body image" is not always what I pretend it to be on the outside. I have just as many insecurities as the next person. I still see 600 lbs when I look in the mirror. So, like I said when I saw my picture I wept not because I thought I look "good" etc. I just felt for the first time I could be NORMAL AND GET LOST IN THE CROWD! IT WAS OVERWHELMING. Now for the update.... My 2nd surgery went great. No pain. Thank God. I had a minor opening pop open in the incision but, Dr K quickly sewed it right back for me. I am very happy that I am healing so well now. I am on bed rest until next week. But, will be working from bed. Life could be worse! My girlfriend Cheryl and I are so thankful for all the help I have received. I am overwhelmed with the love and support everyone has shown me. Cheryl has been able to help me these past few days but, she will be on her way home tomorrow. I will miss her...something terrible..but, we are excited to be going to the convention October 29 -31, 2004.
