Hello Ev1 4 months out

I like to take a few minutes and introduce myself. My name is Debra French, I'm 45 years old and had WLS June 2nd, 2004 with Dr. Smith. I am 4 months out and down -75 pounds. I don't post to much on obesityhelp but I do post on Sandy's board. I have been to her support meetings. Sandy is an inspiration to me. She has been thru my journey since my surgery and I am proud she has been there for me. My husband has supported me and I have to say that Sandy is my second. I have post on obesityhelpky but didn't know there was an Ohio forum until PJ told me about it. I myself miss PJ alot. I talk to her on the phone and she is in good spirits. She is homesick though. Debra, Thanks for the kind words. You are doing great! I can't believe you are down 75 lbs already. Time just flies by. You get well. I can't wait to see you again tomorrow night. I miss PJ too. She can't wait to get on this board again. Hopefully by next Friday, we will see her on our board, and here. Love ya, Sandy
