Hi all need your hel or opinion

Since I return back to work this week alot of my coworker want me to help them thru this journey for WLS. One girl I work with is scared to death and don't know what to do to get started. Well the problem I ran into she is on Medicad, so I'm some what lost on this one. She need to get a PCP still, so I told her i will ask the support groups that I go to for answers. Who would be a good PCP in the Cincinnati area who is supported for the WLS. And with Medicad what do we need to do to help her to get approved? Please I need some leads to help this young lady. And where can I fine Medicad Policy Bullentine rereport? I am still here to help anyone. With the fight I had to get approved it paid off 3 weeks post op I'm pushing closer to 80 pounds. Daniel, Congratulations on your surgery and weight loss....Isn't it wonderful? It is nice of you to help others wanting WLS. I don't know about Medicaid personally but i think they might have a list of providers your friend would have to go to. If she calls Medicaid, they should be able to help her out in the aspect of it. that is great that she is asking for help! what a positive first step! i don't know medicaid either but i do know that the number of surgeons is limited- i do believe that dr curry is one of the few qualified to accept medicaid when she looks for a surgeon. above all, remind her that every one of us is different in our bodies and in our losses etc-so she doesn't compare herself to you or others and get discouraged! congrats on your own losses, daniel!

Hi Daniel, I have to agree with Margo. Dr. Curry does take medicaid if she needs a surgeon. I have a friend who has the same insurance and she just had surgery last month with Dr. Curry. So you might want to tell your friend to call his office and they will help her to get started. Great loss, Daniel, Debra French -75 pounds

DR.CURRY DOES TAKE MEDICAID AND I HAVE TO AGREE WITH MOST HE'S THE BEST. AND HAS A GREAT AFTER CARE PROGRAM.
