Barix Support group

Ok, I think there is barix support group meeting is this Wednesday. Is that right? Is anybody going? This is my first meeting.

I am not sure about Barix, but OSU has one on the first and third wednesdays of every month. You are more than welcome to come to it! Let me know if you want more info! Just give me an email! Val

Hello Heather, Barix sponsors Support group meetings in different cities..not just at the Groveport facility... If you call the 800 number they can tell you where to find one in one in your area. There is one in Mansfield this evening, (Sorry I didn't see your post earlier.) On the first Monday of the month we meet at the Mall on the foodcourt at 6:00 p.m. You are more than welcome to join us. Tonight's agenda includes a 'field trip' to GNC... the manager there will be providing sample of items for WLS people...like protein drinks and bars. We really have a good time. Venita

If you need any info on the support groups in Gahanna or Groveport e-mail me and I'll send you the info. I haven't had my surgery yet but it is scheduled for Nov 10.
