Does anyone have a recommendations for low impact or sit down cardio workouts for the super obese? I need to be prapared for my cardiologist visit on November 2. Any suggestions concerning cardio workout and preparing for cardiologist visit are welcomed. Thank you, Georgeann

Georgie, I have a BMI of 49.9 and when I went for my stress test I was in no way shape or form in shape. I made it through the test tho. I use walk the pounds away video, it has 1 mile to 3 mile tapes. It is very low impact you go along with the video and before you know it you have walked a mile. The stress test isnt bad, just get pleanty of sleep the night before. Also, you may want to request the stress test that they do while you are laying in bed. That is an option, my girlfriend had that one done. Jackie

I have found the Leslie Sanzone Walk Away The Pounds is the easiest!!!! If you start with the one mile you will be fine and you will feel better!!!! Good Luck )
