jabber jaws.

hi everyone, i tried to post the other day but it wouldn't go thur. : shrug: i now know who my dr will be..it will be dr cook at osu, i'm waitting for lisa to call me with my consult date.i hope its soon. i wanted to ask any one else who had to go see a shrink how long they had to go. the dr at osu made it part of my agreement for surgery,but i got thrown out of the shrinks office ,i'm scared this will interfear with my surgery date, i thought i could tell him how i felt. guess not. well thanks for letting me vent on here...cheryl

YOU GOT THROWN OUT OF THE SHRINKS OFFICE???? Ok that may sound odd me askin this way..but how does that happen?? If the Dr has an ounce of professionalism?

Do you have to use a certain "shrink" or psychiatric group if your surgery is at OSU? Because there are lots of psychiatrists that do these evals. Mine was one visit and very straightforward. May I ask what you said that would cause him to throw you out? I mean, if you can't be honest there - where can you ?

the reason is i told him i didn't agree with the dr at osu that i have an eating disorder, i mean everybody eats comfort foods right?? so when i told him that he said he agreed that he didn't think it was true either, so i told him that if we both don't think it's true , then i feel that i don't need to be here, omg you should have seen his face, he told me to leave and that he would NOT see me anymore, he started writting in my chart in a RED marker and said i could go that he was not gonna waste his time on me..so i left.do'es anyone think i was wrong??i'm really worried this will mess me up i can't see dr cook till november..
