exercising

This is my biggest problem. I joined curves and cant get myself to love it so I make up an excuse not to go. I really hate to exercise and dont know what to do. I lost 45 lbs and havent moved yet. Any suggestions? I walk around the mall, and I walk Kings Island and the zoo but no regimine. Everyone here keeps getting on my case and it really upsets me, Cindy

hey cindy, i have joined curves also!!! how many times aweek are u going? and how many times do ya go around? this week i will have gone only 3 times but that is because i am not feeling so good but i hope to go more next week. u really need to go cause that is gonna help u tighted up and help u lose. that is why i am going susan

Cindy, I agree with the buddy idea. I also wanted to say don't give up on it just yet. Exercise gets better as you keep doing it. Keep up the great work. Congratulations on the 45 pounds.

Hello Cindy! I'm a member of Curves, and I really like it. How long have you been going? I found that I've liked it more and more since I've been a member for awhile and know alot of people. I've been a member since March of this year. When there's people that you have gotten to know, you don't even realize you're excercising sometimes, because you're talking the whole time. I go around 3 times, and sometimes, if there's people there I'm talking to, I forget how many times I've went around..lol. Keep giving it a try. You may like it more after you've been there awhile. Hi Cindy, I can completely understand how you are feeling. It is true...You have to like it to stick with it. For years I attended Jazzercise. It*s a pay as you go class. Woman of all sizes and shapes. Especially in the evening classes. So I felt very comfortable. But after several years I guess I got burned out. Another suggestion... maybe you need to take it slow. Maybe get out and walk. Around your neighborhood or park. A exercise buddy does help. Maybe your husband would walk with you... I hope your not stuck with a contract at "Curves". Maybe it*s the time of day you go... Try other times for different groups of people. Where to Dr Curry*s support group members work out? Would you be comfortable with them. Others on your same journey? Give yourself some credit ... Your trying! You will find something you enjoy I am sure. Good luck! Tasha
