Sounds similar to our family chicken and dumplings except we use 4 eggs and 4-half eggshells (I know a weird measuring tool, but hey, it works) of canned milk and enough flour to make sticky dough a bit stickier than pizza dough and then we drop into boiling broth the same way. YUM! But I agree, bad if you are watching how many carbs you eat.
