WONDERFUL JAIMEE !!! Last post I read you were switching to Dr. C but your insurance wouldn't cover his hospital -- how did you get it all resolved???? By the way, thanks for all of your questions of the day -- I love them!

Thanks Diana, I was going to switch to Dr. C. and as of yesterday I was looking into getting a loan to cover the extra costs. It would have been 5 grand. We are barely making it right now and a loan for $250 a month just wasn't feasible so we decided to leave it in God's hands. When I got home from dropping off my kids at school this morning my Surgeon's office here in Columbus called to tell me that I had been scheduled and that I need to get appointments for all of my pre-op testing towards the end of November. I am so relieved. I have had surgery with Dr. Price before. He removed my gallbladder 6 years ago and I know he is a competent surgeon. I know Dr. C. is an excellent surgeon and would love to have him as my Dr., but to be totally honest, we have no family here in Ohio and it would have been a hardship to pull kids out of school, arrange for a way to catch up the schoolwork and not to mention the extra expense, hotel costs, food, etc. if I had it down there. aaron simply would not have allowed me to go down to Cincy and have surgery without him there. He is a bit overprotective of me. Then if there were (forbid) complications I would be 2 hours from home and it would be a very difficult situation. I am happy with how things worked out and as a resutl of all of this uncertainty I have been blessed by meeting new pwople on the messageboard from all over Ohio. I know without a doubt that I have a place to turn to if I need help along the way with this journey. Now I have a million things to do before December. It will be a real challenge getting all of my Christmas shopping done by Thanksgiving. LOL. I am glad you like the questions of the day. I think it is a good way to build a sense of community here on the state board. Plus, it is fun to get everyone's perspective on life. Cheryl aka trin2rilax has some good ones as well. I always enjoy seeing what she has to post. Hugs, Jaimee
