3 months and having small weight gain
How's your fluid intake? Sometimes if you aren't getting enough in your body compensates by holding on to it. Try increasing your fluid intake, and bumping your protein. It is normal to fluctuate at some points, so don't panic yet. You might want to sit down and review your intake. How many carbs, fat grams, etc and how much fluid. There may be something in your diet that you think is ok, but is actually not.
