Does anyone know if Ohio Medical Card pays for boob jobs? Just wondering because I think after surgery and I lose my weight I'll be left with sagging empty BAGS for boobs, they're like a C cup now after 2 kids...I'm really hopin for boobies to go with my tt and cute new body ...anyone know??

Tema, From what I have read on other postings getting a boob job is not covered by any insurances not unless you can make a case saying that the heaviness of the sagging breast is causing you back and or shoulder pain.
My insurance will pay for a tummy tuck and I am pretty sure I will get a boob lift but it will be @ my expense.

Good luck. My insurance wouldn't approve either one. They wanted me to have "extensive documentation" of skin breakdown and documentation of the medical care that has not been successful in the past along with photos of skin underneath my folds.
My biggest breast size was a double d. My breasts are now just two flaps of skin. They look horrible. My tummy, well, I could live with it I guess. But you'd think that with the pix I submitted they would realize how bad they are. Nope. Cosmetic surgery period.
So, I have decided to pick my battles. This one isn't worth the stress, I am just going to find a way to pay for my own. Besides, the weight loss was my goal, boob job and tummy tuck are just the icing on the cake!
Good luck with yours. Maybe you will have better luck than I did.
My cousin had wls 3 years ago and last year got a tt and boob job and medicaid paid for it all.....don't know what she had to o to get it approved but....myself I couldn't believe they approved it because I didn't think things looked that awful and she had no skin breakdown....just be persistant...i work for a Dr and when it comes to approvals from any insurance on touchy stuff it pretty much is a crap shoot!!!
