Yoo Hoo Dr.Curry!!

I am wondering if I can change doctors midstream waiting for insurance approval? I have all of my requirements completed...you name it, they have done it to me, including an arterial blood gas which I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy! It was sent to the insurance company last week. The surgeon that I chose is in Lexington and I would prefer to be closer to home if possible. I live in Northern Kentucky. According to all of the posts that I have read....in Cincinnati, You're the Man! So is it wise or possible to switch doctors once insurance has approved? Thanks!

Cathy, The decision to switch or not is entirely up to you, but people certainly do it all the time and it's not a problem. Dr. C

I was already ready,car packed to go to Dr. Strickler in West Va. Something told me I was better off to see a different Dr. and went on the internet and found Dr.Curry. It was Godsend. It was the best decision I ever made in my life , If you can switch,do it . You will be extremely happy. He is so caring about each patient(I thought it was just me haha) You will be very lucky to have him,I promise,Cindy
