Info on Dr Curry's requirements

Does anyone know what requirements that Dr Curry has, such as if he has to have documented diet history in the last 5 yrs and that sort of thing? I am going to try to find his phone # and call the office and ask also. I am also checking out the wish center in Middletown but my insurance does not cover the wish center. It will the Dr and the hospitol but not the wish center and the 1800. that they want for the 2 yr after support. I am not comfortable with that, being as how I am 2 hrs away I know that I will wont use it enough that far away. I will go to a support group around here in Columbus.

Sheila, I guess I'd be considered an expert at Dr Curry's requirements We don't have anything set in stone , we look at each patient's diet history and make an attempt to verify the patient has really tried medical weight loss and failed. Thank-you for answering me Dr. C, I have heard nothing but the singing of your praises. I hope that I get the opertunity to meet you. From all that I hear, you and your staff are wonderful. I have been checking out all my avenues and they are narrowing at every turn. My insurance is going to stop paying for WLS after Dec 31,04 and we did not find out till approx 2 mo ago, nice of them to wait till after 6mo into the yr to tell us.
