just for fun to get to know everyone a little better...
I thought I would throw out some fun questions for those who dare. I, of course, will answer first.
1. What was(is if you're still pre-op) your favorite junk food?
2. In what ways have you changed or do you expect to change from this journey?
3. What is the best bit of advice someone has shared with you on the OH message boards?
4. What are 3 things you think are important to take to the hospital?
5. Who here has had an angel or would like to have an angel?
6. Who here has been an angel for someone else?
7. What characteristics make someone a good angel?
8. Share something personal that will help everyone get to know you better (keeping message board rules in mind).

ME
1. Potato chips ( I know BAD BAD BAD)
2. I am hoping to get out of my comfort zone and try new things
3. "don't compare your personal experience too much with others because we all lose and change at our own rate" and " Use the surgery as a tool not a cure"
4. 1) chap stick 2) A support person who can be an advocate for you. 3)A disposable camera (I know, this sounds weird - but you'll want before pics to motivate you)
5.I would LOVE to have an angel.
6. I have never been one. I do not feel like I am qualified to do so since I am still pre-op. I think it is good to have some wisdom based on experience to offer to the angelette
7. I am not speaking from experience, but I would guess it would be someone with experience, someone who is supportive, and someone who you can trust that you can relate to.
8. I am an artist.
Okay, now its your turn.
