Barix in Groveport

I was just wondering if anyone has had trouble getting a return call back from them. I have called on two different occassions and it takes forever for them to return the call. I understand they are busy and see patients only a few times a week, but I called I believe it was Monday to see if they have received all my preop testing papers, because my pcp is moving next week and I still haven't received a return call??? I feel it is a good establishment as far as the drs. but I was just wondering about the other if anyone has had any problems. Another thing I called my insurance the same day and they stated there was nothing on file, however BTC stated that they had received a call and a letter requesting more info.??? It has been 5 weeks Monday since Barix said they received confirmation that UHC had received the original, (first) info.

Connie, When I had BTC nearly 4 years ago, they told me after 4 weeks that they didn't have anything. When I called my insurance company, they said the same thing. Than when I called on the 5th week to check, it had been approved. Weird huh? I than had a surgery date on the 6th week. Hang in there. I know they are really busy all the time up there.
