I'm here too.. read this board everyday!! I too wi**** were more active. I have happy news to report... 8 more pounds gone.. so my new total since I had the lap band done on june 16th of this year is.... 44 pounds !! I am very happy with this !! So how's everyone else doing???? Cindy
