Well I just read the hot discussion on the DS. With the ones the insurance companies will approve, which is better the proximal or distal. I heard and read distal is more effective. So I ask my doctor if he performs this and could i get some information on it. Help

Well it's all kind of greek to me, but I asked my Dr. if I'll be proximal, medial or distal and he said basically proximal but a little medial depending on the scale. He's going to bypass 5 ft which is 150 cm. If you search the site you can read some older posts which talk about the differences. HTH, -Anne

I really think it is all in how you use the tool. I am a shortie at 70 cm but have lost 226 lbs. The longer you are the more supplements you will need.
