Two years out today!!

Greetings OH family! Today marks my two-year surgery "anniversary"! I had open RNY on July 22, 2002! I started at over 450 pounds and now am 195. Yup, that's a loss of 255 pounds! What a ride it has been! To anyone awaiting surgery, don't give up! If this is what you truly want, don't let anything or anyone stand in your way!

Thank you for sharing with me. I am 3 months out and still struggling to learn how to eat. We all sometimes get depressed that the weight lose slows down. You are living proof that this will work. I am so glad you posted.
