i am repeating te reply that i made to sheila's post-below-- cuz i don't know if ppl will read her thread or this new one- so i don't have to retype everything! please keep jack in your prayers..... "hi shelia--i wish i had something to report--at 2:15 , i called and was transferred to the surgery waiting room- he was not out of surgery yet----at 6:15 when i called i was told that they couldn't tell me anything cuz i'm not family--which i knew-hippa laws--but also-- the gal said "IF he had surgery , he isn't out yet"...which could mean he is in recovery still or icu or whatever but not in a room-yet--- i am here now cuz i was also told someone else had calle dright before me asking about him--- so--was hoping someone could shed some light--- he's a great guy- have never met but have talked via phone- he works hard at being an ambassador of goodwill about wls and the butterfly network--wonder if they are mtg tonite?"

I just got back from our local butterfly meeting and we heard nothing yet. I got there about 6:30 and left around 9:30 and still nothing. I hope no news is good news. Robin W

Thank you for your reply. I do hope we hear something soon. I agree... I'll go with the "no news is good news" idea. Meanwhile, my thoughts and prayers will remain with Jack. Sheila

robin...please keep me informed if you hear anything....being up here in elmore word takes longer- i have to work this morning til noon ---and may not get online right away(my dad here from florida)--i'm emailing you my phone number--if you wouldn't mind giving a quick call when you do hear something? i am very fond of jack and just had a horrid sinking feeling last nite when the gal said that he still wasn't in a room...... if you aren't going to be home today i will understand and hopefully someone will post something .... hey--how are YOU doing? i hope still well!!!!ty margo
