any blue cross/ford memebers?

I am going thru the terrible waiting for approval process..is anyone out there a blue cross/ford insurance that has been approved? If so please let me know of any problems and the length of time it took for approval. I am already getting discouraged because of delays with surgery center getting information to the insurance company, it has been 3 weeks and they still haven't sent letter to insurance co.

I have blue cross but not through Ford. It took me aoub t2 1/2 weeks to get approved once all my paper work was in. I would be calling the surgery center everyday to get themon the ball there is no reason it should take them that long to turn stuff in if they have it all. rynae

Rynae..Thanks for your response at least i know it shouldn't take too long if they ever get the paper work to them. I will be calling them on monday to see what the problems are!!
