jobs that are wls friendly

can any one give me ideas on what company may cover wls?? I live in Tipp City (Miami Valley) I really like my job, but it is not wls friendly and I have to have this surgery... thank you for your ideas

My dh works for Charter One bank at the HQ in downtown Cleveland. However they have branches everywhere. I know they have a hiring freeze at the HQ, but I don't think it applies to the branches. My surgery was covered completely and I had no problems getting approved. We have UHC and they don't even require a weight loss history, just a BMI over 35
