3 days post op

Hi guys, Just wanted to let everyone know I'm home and doing very well. Everything went great. All the nurses couldn't believe how well I was doing and I was in such good spirits. I couldn't wait to get out of bed. I was in the hospital 2 nights and came home yesterday. I've been able to tolorate everything I put in my pouch. The gas hasn't been too bad and the insisions look great. I feel sore, but other than that great. I've been careful not to do too much, that was the doctors only concern with me. Everyone at the Clinic was wonderful. I can't thank you all enough for your thoughts and prayers. With out the support of you and my family and friends this would not have been so easy to do. Hello Fellow Medinian! I was on vacation during your surgery. So glad everything went so well for you! My surgery date is August 10. Maybe we wil cross paths in Medina as we are looking for protien supplements and new clothes! I will have to see how long you look like your photo! lol Alice
