hOME AND qUESTIONS PLEASE
hI ALL! CAME HOME SUNDAY AND JUST WANT TO KNOW I AMD HAVING MY BOOST 2OZ 3 TIMES A DAY AND DRING WATER ALL DAY LONG WITH NO PROBLEMS. HERES MY QUESTION MAY SEEM DUMB--- I FEEL GOOD AND AM HAVING NO PROBLEMS KEEPING EVERYTHING DOWN HOW DO I KNOW I AM GETTING ENOUGH OR DRINKING TO MUCH WATER? WOULD I FEEL SOMTHING OR AM I DOING OK PATTIE
I would try for more protien and water. You can NEVER have to much water. Remember it doesn't have to be water. It can be Crystal Light. Decaf Tea or Decaf Coffee. You need to try for at least 64 oz of water or more, and about 90g-100g of Protien a day. Jus****ch the sugar and carbs. I could not do boost because of the sugar was to high for me. I use Designer Whey I get it from GNC. Mix 2 scoops with water and ice in the blender and I have 16 oz water and 35g of protien to start the day.
