I got this imformation from an insurance woman from one of the Bariatric Doctors I went for a seminar. My insurance won't let me go to him even though he is in my book as a surgeon, but not as a baratric surgeon.So she gave me this information to fight my insurance co. She said that they have a 100% rate of getting insurance companies to approve patients for the surgery. Hope this helps. Kathy
