What did everyone do to work their bodies today???
I did 5 minutes of cardio warm up, then 45 minutes of Quadraceps and Gluts training... but my WHOLE body aches. Hope everyone has great workouts today. See ya tomorrow

went to the fitness center last evenng..... yesh!!! spent 1/2 hour on treadmill. It felt so good... haven't been since last week! Life is really busy right now! also dis the machines for upper arm, stomach crunches and the BEST NEWS.... got weighed!!! I'm down 71lbs.!!!!!
