Post Op Gas Help!

Anyone have any idea other than walking as I am doing already? Thanks Gayenell

hello, I`m 7 days post-op and had gas really bad when I came home and my dr. said chew some gas-x and walk it out. It worked, but did take awhile. hope this helps some. Debbie

I do gas-x ..its small and very easy to swallow... and of course walking, but when all else fails...gas-x!
