Great West Health Ins?

I am not waiting from approval from my insurance company Great West PPO, and was wondering what were other's experience with Great West. I just posted all my questions...but for some reason it didn't come up, if someone could tell me maybe their experiences then I could ask them more questions. They have always been supportive, and so far I think I've done everything they have asked, and know they have a web-site but is there a place to see their guidlines for WLS? thanks so much MAndy
